View/Change Details

Use the View and Change Details options to work with the properties of a back-up or neighborhood. When created, a back-up or neighborhood can be given a name and comments. Date and time stamps are also made, so you know when the back-up or neighborhood was last updated. You can edit the name and comments whenever you want. If a back-up or neighborhood doesn't have such properties yet, then you can create them using the Change Details option which is described below.

View Details
After selecting this option on the main screen (Chapter 3) you will see the following screen:

As you can see, the screen shows all the information you need. Here is a description of all the fields. These also apply to every other screen with such information on it:

* These fields only show up if the slot is occupied, i.e. when the Occupied field has 'Yes'.

Click "Show Houses" to view the areas (below), click the "Change name/comments" button to go to the Change Details option (even further below), or click "Back..." to return to the main screen.

Show Houses:
This screen can be called from a few screens. It's quite self-explaining really:

At the top you can select the back-up or neighborhood to view the houses of. Right of that, you can select a house number. Check "Interior" at the bottom to see the house without a roof, or "Exterior" to see it with the roof on it. If you want to save the selected picture as a bitmap, click "Save Bitmap". Click "Back..." to close the screen again.

Change details
Use this function to change (or create) back-up or neighborhood details. If there are no details given yet for the back-up or neighborhood (normally for neighborhoods for which you haven't created details yet), then using this option will create those details. In that case, the date and time of the moment you create the details, will be set to it. For example, if you create details on 15 December at midnight, then the program will put that in the details, no matter when the back-up or neighborhood was actually last updated.

When entering this option, you will see this screen where you can enter a new name and comments:

Changing the name and comments is easy. Just type the new name and/or comments (the current ones, if any, will be there when starting), and click Ok. To discard the changes and go back to the main screen (or the view details screen if you came from there), click Cancel.
