Knowledge - Question

I have 3.5 Starts. I Have the necessay skills for the next level and I have star power 13, 2 above from teh 11 needed. However I do not gain the fourth star. What Am I doing wrong? Currently doing singing only. I am a player no8 on the who's hot tabloid

now that u have 3.5 stars u r eligible 2 do sum modelling so go to a photo shoot and model swimwear or winterwear or go to the recording studio and record a jingle
