how do you tell if your sim is pregnant?

within a few days in gameplay your sim's belly will grow bigger. Within around a week in gameplay from there, your sim will give birth. You cannot get prgnant in sims 2 ps2, but i think that all PC games you can. Robyn x

no thats sims 2 not sims 1 there will be somthin that comes up thats says do you whant to have a baby then the baby in the crib willl apper
