the big question - honey clown confetti and wizard eyelashes. works on anyone without a wand. u say this person is a celeb, so the interaction may not come up at first. also make sure ur both at your house.

There is no spell that you "NEED" to be able to marry a superstar.. Just make your Sim love this Superstar in question and pop the question. Presto Change-oh, You've got yourself a Superstar!
