Can u have a baby with a person that u have a red heart with but are not married to???

No. You have to be married to them to have a kid.

Making a kids requires you to be in love and you need a lot of love so i guess if you try and make a kid my kissing then i guess the option to propose will come up sometime.

Not necessarily, there is a third party hack that adds an adoption agency icon to the phone menu so you can adopt a baby at a cost of $20k.

You don't have to be married, if you kiss a lot then the other person will ask if you should have a baby...

You have to live in the same family to have a baby or you must have a hack to get a baby
