SimDay Report: Hot SimDay!
This is the first simday report at The Sims Zone, and we'll be checking out the SimDay each week! This week: The Hot Date TV Commercial, its skins, and Hot Date reviews!

TV-Commercial:
You might have seen the tv-commercial of Hot Date already, either on TV or on your computer if you've already downloaded it from the official site. It's on TV at MTV, TBS, TNT and VH1 from now until mid-december, but it'll stay up for download so you can see it whenever you want. Click here to download one or more of the 3 tv commercials.

Hot Date TV-Commercial skins:
If you have seen the Hot Date tv-commercial mentioned above, and you want to get the skins of the sims in there, Maxis will make you happy. You can get 5 skins, of which 2 male and 3 female skins. It's only 442 Kb, so it's a pretty quick download. Go to Get Cool Stuff on the official site to download them.

Hot Date Reviews:
Many people have an opinion about the latest expansion pack, Hot Date. A small list of reviews has been put up at thesims.com. Currently there are 2 previews from GameSpot, 1 review from the same site and 2 other reviews from GamePen.UGO.com and GamesDomain.com. Here is a little snippet from the review at GameSpot, who gave Hot Date an 8.8 out of 10:
The new downtown area is Hot Date's most significant new addition to The Sims and is probably the most significant addition that's ever been made to the game. Sims can now use their telephones to call a taxi that takes them to downtown SimCity, which is composed of lots that can be shopping centers, recreation areas, restaurants, or nightclubs. While your sim is on a date, you can control your sim, but you can't actually give orders to its date; you've got to make your sim be as nice, considerate, and charming as possible and hope that the date goes well.
