Do you have to have any expansions for it?

If you look in the file description (click the link), then you'll see it has this:

It's really just the plate glass windows, the arches and some of the plants that would need to be replaced if you didn't have the later expansions. Almost everything else in this one is custom, so it should look *almost* right, anyway. :)
