We've been confirmed that the new General Manager of Maxis will be Nick Earl. Nick joined EA in 2001, as Chief Operating Officer at EA's Redwood Shores studio in Redwood City, California. He became General Manager of that studio in 2002, and now also of Maxis. Before working at EA, Earl worked for Eidos as Vice President of Product Development, and before that he worked at 3DO for six years. For more information about him, see his biography at the Redwood Shores site
, under "About", and then "Meet the Execs".
