Newsround
In the past few weeks there has been a lot of news about The Sims. Besides the news we've already reported about, there've been items that we've missed in the past few weeks. Here's a round-up of all the news that hasn't been posted about yet, containing screenshots, developer diaries, and much, much more...

Makin' Magic
There have been many new screenshots from several sites - many more than we've mentioned. I recommend visiting SimsZone.de for all of the screenshots found so far. That's basically all the news about Makin' Magic that hasn't been reported yet.

The Sims 2
Along with some screenshots, GameSpot has posted part II of the developer diaries for The Sims 2. You can read Charles London's words at right here. Charles is the creative director, and talks about how to bring the little people to life, so they have to be as realistic as possible. As I said, the article comes with a couple of screenshots and artworks. To view all of GameSpot's shots, click here.

SimsZone.de also reports that there are some rumours that The Sims 2 will be converted to the GameCube. Apparantly in a video in the Nintendo Press Conference at the Game Convention, the logo of The Sims 2 was spotted. There is no official word about it yet, but there is the possibility that The Sims 2 will be ported. A Maxis employee has said the development of The Sims on the PC and on the consoles are independent from each other.

The Sims Double Deluxe
Unlike stated before, the Sims Unleashed will not be included in The Sims Double Deluxe - it'll be just The Sims, Livin' Large and House Party. However, you will find the Sims Creator in the package, as well as the mentioned themed sets (African and Asian). The extras will be posted as downloads on the official site. If that also goes for The Sims Creator is unknown. You can also view 2 screenshots of Super Deluxe right here.

Bustin' Out
Like with The Sims 2, GameSpot has also started a developer's diary for Bustin' Out. You can read the first edition, written by Mike Perry, Game Designer for the game, right here. The same site has posted a second trailer and 4 new screenshots. Enjoy them!

Another little thing early this month was a preview of Bustin' Out - with screenshots - at GameSpy. For that, click here. For even more shots, visit WorthPlaying.

That should pretty much cover all that's been missed. Some of the latest news comes from the ECTS, the biggest European games exposition (like the E3), held in London 27-29 August. I want to thank SimsZone.de and ToTheGame for their archives, as well as of course the other sites that posted all these articles, screenshots, etc.
