In the sims 2 how will you know if it is x mas or someones birthday will there be a date on the screen or what?

In a screenshot i saw a calender! Also on ts1 wen u buy a xmas tree a few days later a little santa comes along its neat!

oh dear oh well get livin it up save that money and buy it its pretty kewl! You get the vibrating hearts bed to "play" in wich is neat!
