How extract bodi mesh from *.package-files? What is program need it for edit?

You cannot edit body meshes yet at the moment. That might be available later towards the release of The Sims though.

For TS2, Yes you can edit meshes. However it is very complicated. I paid for software last year and still haven't got it all figured out yet. Your best bet for the buck is to download an existing mesh you like and give due credit to its creator. I do like SimPe.
