When you create a family you can choose the ages of each sim individually. Sims that are born after creating the family cannot skip any stages though I think - that would sort of make it possible for a parent to have a child that's older than the parent itself...

You can create any life stage in CaSie, and yes you can creat a family of a mom, dad, and teen. But i have been thinkign and maybe if you move out and turn off the aging in the house, when the adult that moved out comes back he could maybe be older than his parents.

You can create you family entirely the way you want it in Body Shop. Any Sim created through "birth" within the game, however, will be a baby.
