Please Help! i have installed the sims 2 with the e.p university, pets and business. when i go to create sims, a sim doesnt come up on the screen, or if it does the sims arms are stuck out to the side. i am confused please help!

you may need to go to the sims 2 website and get a patch to fix the glitch!! i dont no much as i joined today so try it out hope it helps!!
