How do I get into Area57 - I've completed everypart except no.6 as it doesnt show me what it is. I've bought all the army kits but still cant get in there. Help!!!!

you have to complete goal set 6

Its hasnt given me goal 6 and so i cant complete it...
What do i have to do to get goal 6 to become available??
