How many neighborhoods will there be?

As many as you like. You can create new neighborhoods. A few months ago the technical structure behind it was still number-based which would limit it to 99 neighborhoods. If that's still the case in the final version I don't know, but 99 should be enough :)

Three neighbourhoods to start with. They are strangetown and two others. You can create neighbourhoods yourself.
