Knowledge - Question

I installed the Add-On-Handler and I put the sims nude patch in the game but I still see the blur on my sims what did I do wrong?

some of them require you to manually install them so try to go in to the downloads folder and find the nude patch left click and hit open then a box will pop up and hit install and then ok after its done and it should work
