ive installed sims2 but when i try to load game is just says its encountered a prob n needs to close. ive tried directX installing etc but nothings workin. bodyshop works fine. plz tell me wot i can do!!

my game did that also try checking to see if you have enough memory and all the otherthings that the game requires also make sure your computer is up to date other then that im not sure what else could be wrong
