Knowledge - Question

How come when I downloaded some new kinds of hair and clothes to my downloads folder and extracted them, why dont they show in the game?

Double-check they ARE in the downloads folder. If you are sure the files are in the correct place, and they are still not showing up, they might be corrupted files. Try downloading them again and see if this corrects the problem.
