What would make a sim bed spontaneously combust?

By this I mean light on fire. My sims were just standing around doing nothing when this bed caught fire.

Was your bed in the same room as a fireplace by any chance? Sometimes beds too close to the placecan catch on fire randomly.

if you have too many items in your house, it can also increase the chances of a fire. Anywhere, not JUST on a bed, most likely on a sofa, chair or table.
