Knowledge - Question
Does it cost money to get married in the sims for eithers Part 1 or 2 ? Please List requirements and how its done. Also do you get a ring for her and if so where ?

For sims1 you spend 1000$ and im pretty sure you spend money to get married in the sims 2. The requirements for sims 1 all i know is you have to have 128MB. And the only requirement i know for the sims 2 is you have to have 256MB.

in sims2, you can be broke and still get married. if youre lucky, the sim you will marry might be rich!

oh yeah.. heres how you do it.
lifetime relationship must be 80 or above
you must be inlove with the sim
click on the sim and propose
propose engagement
if he/she accepts, click on him/her again
propose marriage....
and thats it. :)

Yeah, you need to get the red love heart and then do Proposition...Marriage. Then if they reject they tell you why and you just need to talk to them, play a game and give them food then try again.

The person who proposes will keep their family name, house etc, and get the other sim's money and their pic appears on the family members bar
