Sims has been working fine on my computer then suddenly when i load it up it exits and says "the sims2 has encountered a problem and needs to be closed" i have all the system requirements and its worked since i've gotten it(like yearago)how can i fix this

go to micsloft updates and up date your computer and up date tour display drivers
