is there a cheat which will make toddlers walk,talk and potty trained instead of my sims doing it? Thnx xx

there isn't a cheat yet, that I know of. But if you go to the apiration rewards and you have enough to buy this, it's a helmet thingie that you put on your toddlers and it makes them smarter(with negative side effects if used below gold apriration) hope it helps!

Actually, what da-sim-luver is trying to say is this:
There is no cheat in teaching your toddlers how to walk, talk, and potty, because it is mainly your job. Give your toddlers the Smart Milk and make your sims adults use the Thinking Cap (the little helmet with the lightbulb at the top of it). It will make them learn faster. And also that is your toddlers Golden Want as a toddler.
