once they're pregnant, do the cheat "boolprop testingcheatsenabled true", hold shift and right click your sim, then click "spawn" and then "tombstone of L and D". A tombstone will appear. The click on it and then click "more" and then click "speed up my pregnancy" and you'll get a baby real quick!
