Knowledge - Question

Just bought Sims Deluxe Ed. When it asks to put in 2nd CD it freezes. I have stopped ALL other apps, I have a new computer, I even took the game back and got another one still freezes. What now?

Dell PC?

Known problem with some drives put in Dell machines.
