Knowledge - Question

I just bought The Sims2.. I've played The Sims1 for a few months now, and got some very cool objects. I'm just wondering If I can use Sims1 objects for The Sims2?

Sorry, you can't. There may be some similar objects on websites though.

Yeah, sims 1 had some great items, furniture, outdoor items too. The fountains were nice and there were more marble statues. I wish there would be more clothes to chose from in the future expansions.
