Ok my video card or whatever is a rage pro and i wanted to update it and i downloaded it but where was i suppose to download it to??

ATI Rage Pro? Years old, be lucky if it looks anywhere near pretty on that.

Anyway download "it" (I assume "it" is a set of drivers) wherever you like and double click on it and follow the on-screen instructions.

Ok i did that and everytime i do that it will get like 2 min. into the process and my screen will turn colors.......
