Can your sims become pregnant instead of them just appearing in the Sims2?

yes.. make the 2 sims (man and lady sims) do woohoo in bed and if it works.. you'll hear a lullaby chime. The next sim day a bump grows and da day after it goes bigger and then the next day the sim gives birth!!

well if you can have kids on the sims busting out on freeplay by kissing y dont you just do it that way
