I had The Sims 2 Installed, but I uninstalled it. When I reinstall it stops on 25% and says "A problem occured when trying to transfer the file D:\TSData\Res\Sims3D\Sims03.package from the media". What do I do?

1) Don't shout. Question edited.
2) The message usually means your disks are dirty.
