Suddenly I'm having all these problems! Everytime my Sims sit down to eat suddenly they'll all be standing up. Also when they call someone, they'll just hang up and the Sim they called will show up then disappear. Its annoying!

If you're using a hack or mod, then delete it. But if you downloaded a patch from a site other than an official site, then you're going to have to reinstall the game.
