i need help on how to use blueprint i dont know how to make new objects

Use the simPE and the sims 2 body shop you can get body shop from www.download.com and you can get simPE from www. simPE.com or you can get both from www.google.com

The better question is are you using blueprint for sims 1 or sims 2. I have no experience with sims 2 but there is plenty of information in the basic download of the program which instructs you on how to pick a sprite and then create your own image to super-impose over the top of it.
