I have no idea where to post this. If I wanna reformat my PC and I wanna save my game, which folder should I copy?

Everything in the EA Games folder in My Documents.

to be more percise
"C:\Documents and Settings\Gerald\My Documents\EA Games\The Sims 2\Neighborhoods"
or up the the sims 2 folder if you want all your mods :)
