Sims can watch the new on the tv like in Sims 1

I assume TVs will be much more sophisticated. You can probably see moving pictures. So yes.

They could always wach the news if you have thesims superstar.So i bet you can do it in thesims2 too.

I think they can watch on the TV and in the newspaper.
