I want to make different skins but I only have the Sims Deluxe Edition. Where do I go to dowload all this stuff and how do I do it?

For Skins, you can install the Create-A-Sim tool that comes with the Deluxe edition (I believe it's on a separate CD, but I'm not sure).

Most skins that you can download should work with The Sims Deluxe, provided that they are not "buyables" (for Hot Date etc.).

To actually create things other than skins, you'll need different programs. I recommend taking a look at TheSimsWorkshop for a bunch of links to tutorials.

The sims creator, just put cd 1 in and click sims creator and just download skins
