I saw this pic.. on the internet where a hot-tub was hit by a lightning is this possible in the game or is it just a fake pic...?

It wasn't a fake picture, but it's not possible in the game, as weather was taken out because it would rain through roofs. However, Maxis say they might introduce weather in an expansion pack.

They took out alot of things...
You can get a hack that gives you rain and storms at Mod the Sims 2.
They do get clouds though. Otherwise, how'd they look at them? (click the grass and select, look at clouds)
