Is there any cheat code to reverse aging? I know you can turn aging off but for some reason one of my Sim couples managed to age anyway. Can this be reversed or is the damage permanently done?

Um, just turn off aging now and they won't age any further.
No, it isn't possible (at this time) to reverse age outside of Create A Sim.
