Knowledge - Question

When i download a file of skins for the sims bodyshop and then i install it but when i go to the body shop it does not show the skin!please help me!

How do you install it? What is the file extension?
A *.package file is to be put to
My Document\EA GAmes\ The Simes 2\ Downloads
