Very Early Hours

1.56AM Serena sleeping with Tom did not last when he woke her up and saw her lying beside him. Tom - "Serena love, you're a great girl but please go to your own bed. You need love like I do, but I don't know you that well enough yet.." Serena - "Er ... ok."

When Serena walked through the lounge on the way to the second bedroom, she found that George was still awake, admiring a painting near the outside door. George - "This would look good hanging in the Oven Office." Serena - "Don't you mean the Oval Office, George?" George - "Well that explains why there isn't a stove in there."

In The Garden

3.36AM - David has made an early breakfast. He hadn't been able to sleep very well. From what he had been saying, he was expecting to be evicted today. He might be right. He might be wrong. Either way, he wanted to see all of it.

He wasn't the only one in the garden. David could hear snoring. Sam was asleep on one of the recliners.

Lucy's Worries

7.50AM - Lucy talked to Sam in the garden about what might happen. Lucy - "Sam, what do you think about there being a surprise eviction today?" Samuel - "Hey, as all of the other channels have had them, it would be no surprise. If I am to go, I'd go with a smile and my Golkan beret wore proudly. Why? You worried about it?" Lucy - "A bit. I don't know how I'm coming across. Are they editing me as being a two-face or someone who's unsure of herself?"

9.51AM - Lucy is still worried but finds the hottub to be full. Geri - "If there's going to be an eviction tonight, let's enjoy ourselves! We're all relaxing and will be on top form tonight!!" Nicole - "Worrying about it is a drag. The viewers choose the two they hate. We decide who goes." Sim Brother(f) - "Will all housemates immediately gather in the lounge?" David - "That's not right. They can't evict someone on a morning." Tom - "Best see what this Sim Sister wants then."

Nominations

10.00AM - Sim Brother (f) - "Could David please come to the Diary Room to make his nominations?" David - "This is wrong. They can't evict someone on the morning." Tom - "Sshhh ..." SB(f) - "David, please come to the Diary Room to make your nominations!"

SB(f) - "Hello, David. Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." David - "This is really odd. I wasn't expecting this. I don't think I know the others well enough to make decisions like that." SB(f) - "David, when you came into the Sim Brother house, you agreed to go by the rules and accepted that Sim Brother can change them at any time. Sim Brother reminds you and every other housemate that Sim Brother II does not have to be like the first series."

David - "Do I have to give nasty reasons or any reason in particular?"
SB(f) - "Please give whatever reasons you choose."
David - "I don't really want to do it, but my first nomination is Serena because even though she's a fellow sports personality, I don't like the way she was just selected to come in here. My second nomination is George because I'm not sure whether he's being totally honest with us. After all, he's a politician. Can I go now?"
SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?"
David - "This is different. This hasn't happened before."
SB(f) - (sighs) "David, once again, Sim Brother reminds you that things are not as you might have expected."
David - "Ok. Then it's Geri."
SB(f) - "Thankyou, David."
David - "Don't you want a reason for why I voted for her?"
SB(f) - "That is not necessary."
David - "Can I go now?"
SB(f) - "YES!"

SB(f) - "Hello, George. Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." George - "Normination No.1 is David because I can't follow rugby football and I think he's stupid. Normination No.2 is Tom because he was not democratically elected to his position in this house ... and he's Welsh." SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?" George - "That's easy. It'll be Serena because she's an All American woman who shows what grit, determination and the American way can do -" SB(f) - "Thank you, George. A reason was not required."

SB(f) - "Hello, Geri." Geri - "Hi, Sim Brother. I like the new carpet." SB(f) - "Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." Geri - "My first vote is for Lucy. My mother told me 'those who gossip to you will gossip about you' and as Lucy's always gossiping, I can't trust her. My second vote is for Tom (2) because he still thinks he's irresistible. My mother might find him irresistible but I don't." SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?" Geri - "That's easy. David without a shadow of a doubt." SB(f) - "Thank you, Geri."

SB(f) - "Hello, Lucy." Lucy - "Hello. This red light is dazzling me." SB(f) - "Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." Lucy - "Geri because she's too flirty with the men. The next one is Tom(3) because he thinks he's 'sex on legs' and won't help with the cleaning unless it's his turn." SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?" Lucy - "Nicole as I relate with her the best." SB(f) - "Thank you, Lucy."

At the halfway stage, Tom would be definitely facing the public vote. David, George, Geri & Lucy are all on one vote each. There is no decisive winner.

SB(f) - "Hello, Nicole. Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." Nicole - "I think George (2) should go. He's too indecisive and fickle. The next one is Serena (2) because she didn't go through the shortlist like the rest of us. I would have voted for Tom for the same reason but I can't have three votes and I dislike George more." SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?" Nicole - "Lucy because she's my friend." SB(f) - "Thank you, Nicole."

SB(f) - "Hello, Samuel." Samuel - "Hey, Sim Sister! How's it going? This chair's quite comfortable. I should have come in here before." SB(f) - "Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." Samuel - "Its gotta be David (2). Because he's been watching all the shows like this, he thinks he knows it all and today proves that he don't. Number Two? That's a tricky one. I'll go for Tom (4) as he didn't go through the shortlist like most of us did. I would have voted for Serena, but I find her to be alright." SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?" Samuel - "Lucy (2) because she's classy & stylish." SB(f) - "Thank you, Samuel."

SB(f) - "Hello, Serena. Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." Serena - "David (3). I don't know him at all. He hasn't spoken to me much. My second one is Nicole for the same reason. I would like to know her better." SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?" Serena - (embarrassed) "Tom because he's gorgeous" SB(f) - "Thank you, Serena."

SB(f) - "Hello, Tom" Tom - "Hey, you sound quite sexy. I'd like to meet you when I get out of here." SB(f) - "Could you please give the names of the two housemates you are nominating for eviction and giving reasons why and naming the least popular person first." Tom - "It's David (4) because he was so sure of himself and convinced he was going to leave. I'm going to help that happen. The other one is Lucy (2). She's a pretty girl but I don't trust her." SB(f) - "Could you please name the person who you think deserves to win this series?" Tom - "Serena" SB(f) - "Thank you, Tom."

Results

Sim Brother (f) - "This is Sim Brother. There are two people up for nomination this week. They are ... in alphabetical order ...David & Tom "Lucy and Serena will both receive §500 for being tied as the housemate viewed most likely to win." There was silence for a few moments. Tom - "Oh well, it's between you and me, Davey boy." David - "I don't think I want to stay that long." At that, David left the lounge to the second bedroom, being quickly followed by Geri.

Don't Walk!

Geri - "DON'T EVEN THINK OF WALKING, DAVID!" David - "But the housemates don't like me." Geri - "Hey, I like you. I'm your friend. I am sure not everyone voted for you." David - "Well, I voted for - " Geri - "Stop that right now! You're not talking about nominations and I'm not listening." David - "But I'm missing - "

Geri - "A few brain cells if you think of walking. If you leave, it is because the viewers want you to. A lot of people have put a lot of work into getting you into here. The viewers wanted you in as well. They'll be upset to see you go." David - "Well, I'll think about it a bit more then, Geri. If anyone should go, I think it should be Tom." Geri - "It's no longer up to the housemates now. You've got to get to know everyone better and join in." David - "I'm not very good at that."

Geri - "You're the England football captain. You're a team player. Just think of the housemates as a team."
David - "Thanks for that, Geri. You're a real pal."
Geri (hugging David) "Now let's go back to the Lounge and find out what else we might have to do."

A New Game

It's 2.15PM - The housemates have been quiet since they heard the results without really knowing what to say to each other. Those who weren't nominated showed signs of relief and although Tom was making light of it, his humour appeared to be forced. David was quiet and quite reserved.
Sim Brother(f) - "This is Sim Brother. In order to put your mind off the nominations, the battlezones are now open and can be reached from the doorway near the start of the second living area. Please follow the paths to where you will find a volleyball court. On the basis of your performance in the task earlier in the week, you have been divided into two teams.
"Team A are Tom, Nicole, Serena and George.
"Team B are Geri, Samuel, Lucy and David.
"The match will commence at 3PM and will continue until 6PM. There will be a reward for the team who have scored the most points when the siren sounds."

Let's Play Ball !!

Team B got off to a very good start, completely startling Team A who did not know what was coming. Serena didn't appear bothered playing but Tom made up for her lack of effort with a brave comeback. By 4.25PM, a successful volley from Tom made Geri fall backwards through one of the fences. However, the A-Team were losing 10 points to 26.

It was in the last hour when the B-Team brought out their secret weapon. Lucy. She became the "Housemate of the Match" scoring all of the final points. When the siren sounded, the B-Team had won by 33 points to 15.

Winners & Losers

Sim Brother - "Congratulations, Team B by winning this match 33-15. Please return to the house and remain in the main bedroom until further notice.
"Commiserations, Team A. Please return to the house and remain in the second bedroom until further notice."

Throughout the evening, the Sim Brother technical crew were erecting a barred wall between what can now be called the poor and rich living areas of the house and a metal fence dividing the garden in two.

As the housemates are allowed to leave their rooms, that is where we have to leave the house.

How will they face this division?

How will the nominees handle their fate?

Will Serena ever get to spend the entire night with Tom?
