My sim got shocked while repairing the computer and now his face is covered in dirt! I tried shower and all but it wont go away!! How do I get rid of the dirt???

Never heard of it....did you try letting him do work around the house and it should maybe work....like i said never happened to me so wouldnt know but try that.....

That shouldn't happen, must be a bug, kind of like that puddles of water, if not swept up, at some point become inaccessible. Try gussying up before the mirror or indeed, as suggested above, get a different hairstyle or makeup before the mirror. If that doesn't fix it, I doubt anything will. Just think of it as third degree burns in that case, those never go away either.
If that happens again, exit the game without saving and get your sim more mechanical skills before trying again.
