The Sims 2 Pets?

I want to ask if they will ever come out with an expansion pack for the Sims 2 that has pets. That was my favorite expansion pack for the original Sims. Who do I contact about that? Am I the only dork who wants this expansion pack to be made?

I'm not positive, but my guess is that Maxis will eventually make a Sims 2 pets expansion. It was one of the top-selling expansion packs for S1 so I can't see any reason for them not to make one. I personally hope they do this also. :-D (If you want further info try Sims2.com and ask there.)
