If you have a sim lady and guy, both with two days left until becoming an elder, and the lady gets pregnant and then becomes and elder, will she still be pregnant for one more day and then have the baby?or will she not be able to become pregnant?

Not possible. The female adult cannot get pregnant unless she still has at least 6 days left before elderlyness. It wont even give you the option if you are two days away from elderness. Sorry.
