how do you make the couple have 10 babies?

Keep them having it off with each other basically.

Adult life is 29 days, at three days of pregnancy per child, there's just about enough room to have ten kids if you get pregnant as soon as you transition to adult.

But this needs careful planning as you can only have eight sims in the house so be prepared to shift other people out to make room.

If u adopt, thats counted as a one of the 10 babys aswell..and its alot quicker to adopt then to have your own baby.
