Knowledge - Question

When I download Sims 2 it comes up with a error message at the end saying the File .DLL is missing. Does anyone know what this is?

What exactly do you mean by "download Sims 2"? Do you mean custom objects/skins etc or do you mean a copy of the game that that you haven't paid for?

If it's the latter expect no help here.
