Will It be more easrier to get married in TS2 , then it was in TS1?

well since they have memory they will remember all the good stuff they did with that sim, as opposed to in the sims 1, they dont remember anything, unless it happened right before the proposal, so my guess is yes. also, i may have heard in a mxis chat that it would be easier. hope that helps!
