I downloaded the object files for the sims (i have deluxe and house party) and they work fine, just my sims appear to be a black outline. They look like a dark shape. Is there a patch I can download to fix this or is there and easier way?

My Sims sometimes turn invisable (exept the head) and what fixes that is changing cloths or doing sometime that does like swiming, hot tub, bath, bed, ect.
