Download the file, unzip it and double-click on the largest file. It will automatically install into your Sims 2 user folder and the next time you load up your game, you will find it in the lot bin.

Well you can have twins but it just happens you have to be very lucky! i have had sims 2 for 2 years and i have only had 3 pair of twins!!!
