PERSONAL CONCLUSIONS
My conclusions are ...

I was really impressed with The Sims 3 when it came out and somewhat sceptical whether World Adventures was the right choice for the first expansion. I am not saying that it is but I do say that it is a worthy expansion pack to help show the potential of this game.

If you want to know my favourite destination for adventure, I could not tell you as they all have so many different qualities that make me want to keep coming back for more and not enough time to explore them all. With a new expansion now with us and that I will be giving my précis review on in a couple of weeks, I can only think that there will be more reasons for our sims to take a world adventure.

Early bugs appear to have been ironed out but I must say that I have tired somewhat of following the same adventure paths and would have liked to have seen a bit more variety. If there is a way for evil sims to work FOR the sinister MorcuCorp in Egypt and not to undermine it, I am yet to find it. Perhaps I have just not sent the right people. However, a few more alternate paths would have been good.

Apart from the Arc De Triomphe not being visitable and only being available if someone does a serious "Edit Town" on some place, my next major criticism is what I feel to be a bit of an overdependence on Pangu's Axe and making it essential for sims to have to go to China. Not everyone wants to be Nixon. The adventure to retrieve that axe is not an early one and it means that China really has to be well explored first before being able to sort out some of the other challenges in other countries.

However, I have nevertheless really enjoyed the new gaming experience that World Adventures has added to The Sims 3. I would have liked to have written more, especially about building catacombs and tombs but that can come later. Time has not been my ally over the last six months and I thankyou for your patience on staying tuned in.

Until then, you will have to excuse me. My sims have laundry to do in order to prepare them for their new Ambitions in The Sims and a trip to Twinbrook.

Dag dag!
