| Sticky: I just installed the sims 2, and when I opened it up to start the game an error came up saying "Failed to find any DirectX 9.0c compatible graphics adapters" (or something similar). I have already got DirectX 9.0c, so what's wrong? |

| can you have to many skins for the sims 2? i downloaded many clothes, objects, lots, etc and my game does load poperly. Do i have to many or is one skin corrupted? |

| Hello- I have the sims 2, and all the expansions except pets installed just fine. Pets installs everything, but when it asks for disk one again, it freezes. I even tried removing seasons because it was out after pets, didnt help. Help? :-) |

| Game exits to desktop. Comp is Sempron 3400 On Board SiS 761GX 128Mb, 1Gb RAM, XP Home. DirectX 9 tests ok. Computer meets specs for a non T & L capable card, but still won't play. Any ideas? Game works fine on other computer with ATI Radeon Sapphire. |

| Hi I installed Sims 2, and it worked great for 2 days. Then I had to do a system restore for another issue. now I can't launch Sims 2, even tho I undid the restore.My computer works for a few seconds, then a windows error box pops up with no text. Help? |
