how do u cough then not do anything?

I guess you're referring to the current poll? The Sims can get sick if they're bit by the guinea pig. They will start coughing and eventually, if they don't get enough rest, they'll die.

Buy a guinea pig and place it in your room.Let your sims sleep there.play with it without washing their hands.Then eat something.Do that a couple times and it might work.
