I don't know how to teleport to Doctor Dominion ? Can anybody tell me ? I don't know where is he ??

get the teleporter from the secret area in division 47 by hacking his computer there. password is or4ngut4n and answer 5 questions about the game so if you haven't done a lot i would go back before this task. once you've got the teleporter use it to go to the monument, thats where he is. hope this helps!
