I have The Sims Deluxe edition and every time I try to play it crashes at "emotional weights". I have already used all the sims shortcuts, ended all task manger processes, reinstalled it several times, and even defraged my computer. PLEASE HELP ME.

hi that happened to me to i dont know wat 2 do so i looked 4 evry thing with sims and deleted it on my computer but there was 1 or 2 thing s that cudnt b deleted but then i in stalled it again and its still not working i have used sims erasor i dont know how to close things down soim really stuck coz there r files all mixed up nd i dont know where the main file is towipe out all the sims so i can start again but i used to work but then my computer waas moved into a diffrent room and we didnt go on it bt then i got i working and this happened plzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzzz help??????
